Cathy Levendoski

Owner, Principal

Cathy has more than 25 years of experience in building brands, developing communications plans and marketing campaigns, counseling clients on communication strategy, and designing demand generation programs. She has both corporate and agency experience and brings her varied skills in branding, message development, marketing communications, public relations, and digital marketing together to help clients create the most effective multi-channel marketing programs possible. Cathy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and journalism from Wheaton College in Wheaton, IL. She is a member of the American Marketing Association and the National Association of Women Business Owners.

CJ Levendoski

Co-owner, Managing Director

CJ has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in healthcare and technology and understands the challenges of developing qualified leads for sales-driven organizations. His expertise in digital marketing and lead generation has helped ring the cash register for organizations large and small. CJ worked in sales and marketing for companies such as IDEXX Laboratories, PTC, Johnson & Johnson, Lumenis, and PSS. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Auburn University and served as an infantry officer in the United States Army.

Libby McCandless

Brand Strategist, Writer

Libby is a positioning strategist and analyst, working with clients to create corporate and brand positioning that drives all aspects of PR and marketing. Her background in account management, sales promotion and training enables her to work with clients from early exploration and information-gathering to project management and execution. With over 20 years of experience in client relations and group leading and facilitating, she brings the perfect combination of asking, advising, and achieving. Libby earned her Bachelor’s degree at Bryn Mawr College in Bryn Mawr, PA and also studied at the Université de Strasbourg in Strasbourg, France. A French literature major, she received two alumnae prizes for her writing while at Bryn Mawr College. (She is also fluent in French!)

Kristin Veach

Event Strategist, Writer

Kristin brings more than 15 years of experience building brand awareness and driving preference using digital strategies to live events (and everything in between). Her integrated B2B marketing programs have earned several high-profile industry accolades, including MarketingProfs Bright Bulb Winner for Best B2B Marketing Project. She is a gifted content creator—writing, editing and ghostwriting a plethora of blogs, articles, white papers, eBooks and thought leadership pieces. Her experience also includes concepting, developing, and writing a variety of social media programs, email campaigns, sales tools, collateral materials and web marketing initiatives. A die-hard Fighting Irish fan, Kristin received her Bachelor’s of Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Notre Dame.

Ryan Freeman

Digital Marketing Specialist

Ryan started building websites for small business clients in 1994. This quickly led to the need to promote those sites, and as the online marketing landscape changed, Ryan evolved along with it. From the earliest days of Search Engine Optimization, to the launch of PPC platforms like Google Ads, to the emergence of Social Media, Ryan has worked with local businesses, national ecommerce sites, and non-profit organizations to grow awareness and revenue and meet specific business goals through online marketing channels. Ryan is Google-certified for online advertising and was the winner of the Bruce Clay International SEO competition. He is a regular speaker at business conferences and events across the USA and Canada and an occasional contributor to a variety of magazines.

Matt LaRusso

Graphic Design and Programming

Matt is a New Jersey-based graphic designer with over 20 years of experience, having worked for companies large and small. Matt’s work includes layout design for print and web, logo design and branding, photo editing and retouching, and digital illustration, and he brings a unique combination of graphic design plus html code skills. Matt earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Art from Albright College in Reading, PA. He spends most days working from his home office with the family dog, Gizmo, napping at his side or patiently waiting to play.

Sarah Bowman

Graphic Designer

Specializing in results-driven integrated marketing pieces, Sarah has over 15 years of experience improving clients' bottom lines as a visual problem-solver who creatively tells their stories. From advertising to corporate identities to high-end viewbooks and more, she’s crafted creative concepts and pieces for clients including Web MD, NCO Financial, Dartmouth University, International Food Products Corporation, and Washington University School of Medicine. Sarah holds Bachelor’s degrees in Graphic Design, English, and Communication Studies from Baylor University, and a Master's Degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Kansas' top program.

Nikki Warren

Graphic Designer

Nikki has an extensive background in graphic design and brings an enormous range of industries, aesthetics, and technique to create beautiful, strategic, and effective branding collateral. With a Master’s of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Harding University, Nikki has led national and international branding strategies and has played a central role in multi-channel marketing initiatives, including digital marketing campaigns, local promotions, broadcast, direct mail, creative, print, and events.

Jennifer Jones

Virtual Assistant

Born and raised in Florida, Jennifer continues to call the south home. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice and began her career as a legislative assistant in the Florida House of Representatives. In 2011, Jennifer opened a consulting firm, where she continued to utilize her political expertise by lobbying the state legislature, consulting on campaigns and staffing candidates, and fundraising for numerous local and state campaigns. In 2016, Jennifer transitioned her firm to virtual assistant services by providing project management, event management, marketing coordination, and administrative services to small business owners. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys hanging out with her children, finding new ways to organically live off the earth, and reading Scripture and self-help books.
