Based in Mount Dora, Florida, The First National Bank of Mount Dora is an established local community bank known for longevity, reliability, and outstanding customer service. An icon in the community, the bank was well-known and well-loved by residents but needed to refresh its image and expand its marketing to appeal to an influx of younger residents moving into the area.

After a perception study and development of a refreshed brand identity, we created a marketing plan to raise the awareness of the bank for the next generation of digital-heavy customers. The results: expanded awareness among new audiences and a more consistent brand identity.
